Our Help Desk is here to guide you to the appropriate resources and assist with any issues not covered in the FAQs.

BEFORE SUBMITTING A HELP DESK TICKET:

  1. Double-check that you’ve reviewed all page announcements, updates, status updates, and links provided on our website.
  2. Search the FAQs thoroughly for your question. Use keywords or phrases in the FAQ search box to locate relevant answers. The Help Desk will refer you back to the FAQs if the information is available there.

BY SUBMITTING A HELP DESK TICKET, YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND:

  1. The Help Desk is here to guide you to the correct resources available on The Edge Funder website.
  2. The Help Desk will not bypass required training or provide direct answers that can be found in the resources you are expected to review.
  3. You confirm that you have already searched the FAQs, videos, and courses for an answer before submitting a ticket.
  4. Most questions sent to the Help Desk (95%) can be answered through the FAQs. Using the FAQ search feature will likely save you time instead of waiting for a response directing you to the relevant FAQ.
  5. The Help Desk does not provide additional information about status updates or announcements already listed on the website’s main page or status page. Tickets should not be submitted for inquiries related to those updates. Any new information will be posted in the appropriate FAQ section or status page.
